206-701-6343 Scammers using this number promising Randomly selected US treasury Grants $8883 that can be deposited directly in your account, moneygram or loaded on your prepaid card. Us Government does not issue grants to individuals, nor do they randomly select anyone who has not applied for a grant. So far 5 calls received, same guy with very heavy Mid-Eastern accent, using different common American names, he can barely pronounce. He gives you this phone number and an access code, and you are instructed to immediately call the number after hanging up with him and give the person at the other end of the phone the access code and you will get your money.

Caller calls stating I've been randomly selected by the US Treasury for a Grant of $8883.00 and I can receive payment in one of 3 ways, direct deposit, money order and have it loaded onto a prepaid card. He gave me a code and this number 206-701-6343 to call immediately after hanging up with him to collect this money. Do not call the number provided, the government does not give out random grants, and does not give grants to individuals . This is a total scam and "Mike, Joe" etc, with a Heavy East Indian/Pakistani accent is not working for the US Treasury.

I've dealt with these people before, they are fishing for ANY personal information they can get. I read a few statements from the offenders, stating if we "pay our bills" they wouldn't be calling, but why are they calling me? I'm FIFTEEN, THAT IS ILLEGAL, STOP CALLING.

They claim to have government grant money for me, but stated that I must put $300 as a security deposit on it.
