There was a big time gap between my saying hello and his response. He wanted me to switch energy plans. The 210 area code in in Texas. He said they were calling homes in PA. There is a Palmco energy. Don't care. Don't call me. If I wanted to change energy plans, I get enough solicitations in the mail. Don't want phone calls. He was NOT rude which is a surprise because most are.

It sounded like a prank caller but I am not sure.

San Antonio Express News has called me for the past week at least 3 times a day. I don't answer and I finally just blocked the number. They are looking for buyers for their subscription. Newspapers are outdated.

'Sue' called stating HE was from an electricity company. I asked him to take me off his list as we are 'do not call' and he said 'why' and I hung up. Has called before, very annoying!
