The man who answered after I called back said my first name and wanted to know what type of auto insurance I had. He would not identify himself. When I asked him what the survey was for he said, (and I quote) "for what you already have." I asked him what insurance company did he represent. He said he wasn't representing an insurance company but was calling for a survey about the home and life insurance I had. When I told him I had neither of those, he said "Oh. Well, the survey is for what you already have" and hung up.

Call over and over, ask for someone else, then hang up on me. Can't call number back because it just gives a fast busy signal.

Caller was rude and shouted at me when I tried to interrupt her diatribe. I couldn't understand who she said she was with. When I insisted on asking about the company, she hung up. Of course, I was unable to call back to register a complaint about the way the representative conducted the call.

I have been caught off guard from callers from this and similar numbers several times over the past several months regarding my expired Ford Explorer warranty and the urgent need for me to get extended warranty coverage. I've also received printed mail from what I believe is the same company. As far as I'm concerned, this is highly suspicious as the few times they've reached me where I actually spoke with them, I had the same "pause" when I asked if they were from Ford and when they didn't say yes, I hung up. Annoying!

Multiple calls from this number have been received with no one on the other end. I have gotten calls from them before trying to sell me a home security system. I have told them to take me off their list, but I still get these calls. In fact, they come in at a time outside their normal office hours, which you can determine if you call back.

Have received many calls, but have never heard a word spoken. I always hang up, but this is getting old.
