Wow, these guys are busy. Had a missed call and voice mail, but there was just a muffled noise, no message. I don't answer calls when I don't recognize the number.

I got a call from this number and spoke to a guy with a think mid eastern?) accent.he said my computer had been hacked but would not show the effects for a couple of weeks but was here to 'help' me get rid of the bug and needed me computer security number. He was going to help me for FREE(wow). He tried to show me how to get it (start/run/type cmd enter/ type assoc enter and read the long alpha-number at the end). I played so dumb he had to get his 'supervisor' who also spoke with an accent but alittle better english. I jerked them around for 1/2 hour before they gave up. So, be warned, those type of people are out there. I even had to hang up on him cause i had another call coming in and told him as much - they just dont give up). i just hope you have enough time to jerk their chain until they give up - hehe

This person called me up pretending to be n employee of window microsoft, talked me into allowing him remote access to my computer, placed a virus on my computer and ask for money to remove it.Somehow he installed a password on my computer through remote access and when I refused to give him a credit card or debit card number he hung up and now I cant boot my computer on.

A man with a thick indian? accent starts scam with we are from "cyber awareness on the world wide web". They asked me to confirm my ip address (who knows that?) and wanted to walk me through steps on how to protect my computer (through command prompts) since my email had been hacked. I told them that it wouldn't matter because my email has no correct personal information, so their scam wasn't going to work and I hung up. They called back another 3 TIMES until I told them that they were violating federal law and I would be reporting them. If you call the number back it says the number you dialed is not in service.
