Got a call from Russell. I couldn't understand his last name, sounded like Tulka, he spoke so quickly and was VERY pushy, so it was obvious that it was a sales call of some type. I don't appreciate that he said he was calling from NASA and USA Today. First of all, that is misrepresentation. Second, who on earth would believe that someone would call here from NASA, let alone both NASA AND USA Today. Also, I would like to point out that Russell is probably A Web User that posted all the positive comments about Russell. Russell is a DB.

Just received the USA Today Army Corps of Engineers Special Edition digital link. The publication is definitely a keepsake and The Army Corps of Engineers posted this directly on their Facebook and Twitter accounts. They were very pleased with the 96-page outcome as there were many insights of the Corps. I have advertised with Russ in all the USA Today Special Editions that he helps work on since 2011, and frankly, I have been happy to do so.

I sympathize wih the plight of advertising folks. NOBODY wants to talk to them. But Mr. Calka's insinuation that he has something to do with USA Today resulted in quite a waste of time for those of us trying to verify that non-fact. Thanks for the info. I guess he should change his number!

I would not generally comment on such a site as this, but I did my research into all of this including phone number and it all checks out legitimate. In fact, I had the opportunity to advertise my company in the USA Today Army Corps of Engineers Special Edition with Russell and thus far have been happy to do so. Looking forward to seeing the final product.

I had the opportunity to advertise with Mr. Calka in the 2012 military academy west point football publication as well as the 2012 army vs. navy football game official publication. We like the support we give to our troops, football is a fantastic sport and we have no complaints with the services he has provided to us. people should do less complaining and maybe research a little bit more before jumping to any type of negative conclusion.

Russell works for SVA Publishing. They are a legitimate advertising/marketing firm that are official publishers for many different well-rounded publications. Such publications are the different Military Academy Football programs and the Special Editions for USA Today. I have advertised, and know many companies that have advertised in said publications, and were completely satisfied.
