SCAM, please don’t fall for it!!! It starts out: “Officer Judy Smith” from “US Treasury” with a “legal petition”; a “tax” going to “federal claims court”. Sorry folks, this isn’t how your delinquent taxes are collected on a state, nor federal level. Blow a really loud tin whistle in the ears of these scamming-jerks who prey on the uninformed, elderly, those without legal council, etc. etc. I often wonder what they tell their mother’s that they do for a living...

It was a recording left on my voice mail saying they were from the US Treasury and that a claim had been filed against me and to call them at this number. Could be subject to arrest.
