(continued from post immediately below) It is up to the discretion of the judge how much (up to the $500/$1500 limit) you can recover for each call, and I believe that we will have a more persuasive case if we file suit together. Filing together will demonstrate that this company has not just harassed one person, but that this is systematic behavior that must be put in check with a high fine. To be clear, by filing together we are each still entitled to our own separate proceeds, just as if we filed separately. I am NOT proposing that we proceeds, or any other extra fees or cost of any kind. I simply want us all to recover as much as we can. I have also received spam calls from this number, and I am suing under the Federal Do Not Call Act. The Act allows you to recover up to $500 for each call (as long as you have been called more than once), and up to $1500 for each call if you can prove that the telemarketer knowingly or willfully violated the Act.

Left no message, called the number back and its Nationwide credit. Debt collection. They were looking for the person who had my number before.

They call me almost every 30 min even at night. They ask if I've been diagnosed with diabetes, (which I have been for 5 years) I told them to take me off their list and they stared calling more often. I cannot change my number because its my business line. The people se Indian and its always a "cannot complete call as dialed" message when I call back.

Sounded like just air. Nobody answered when I answered the phone.
