Got a phone call from an individual calling himself Robbie Wilson. He had a thick Indian accent. I could barely understand him. He recited my email address and said that there my Microsoft Windows computer was being hacked. I requested a call back number to confirm. He left the phone and came back and kept repeating he was from Microsoft Security. I told him I could not understand him and insisted on a number in the Continental U.S. He gave me this 303 482-8155 number. So glad I looked it up on yor website.

My elderly neighbor got a call from "Microsoft" letting him know that there were problems with his computer. He doesn't hear so well, so came and asked me to help him hear what the phone tech was saying, and we called back at the number they gave us: (302) 482-8155. We followed the instructions downloaded remote access and installed it so the "tech" could access his computer. Then they ran a few computer programs to show all of the "problems" on his computer and I got suspicious with what they were doing and saying not really adding up. When they asked for money, I googled the #. Thank you to this website for helping me verify that it was nothing but a scam. I killed the remote session and uninstalled the program. Unfortunately, they got us to give them his email address :(

got a call that showed on my caller ID as 1-818-824-6063 claiming to be Tony Marshall from Microsoft calling about hacking attempts on my windows 7 computer. Says I the error reporting from my computer shows trojan infection by csrss.exe and wanting me to pay for them to remotely repair my computer. Gave me a number of 302-482-8155 to call him. Really stinks of a scam.....be careful of anyone calling wanting to remotely repair your computer.

She said she was from Microsoft and asked if what she read to me was my email address. Her name was Jean Smith, and that my email was being used for nefarious purposes. I would not let her have access to my iMAC, and she said she would give me to her boss as I kept asking question after question. I never got the boss as she hung up on me.

Got a call that came up unavailable. I answered and the man said is name was Eric Jones (with a hard India accent),and that he was tech from Microsoft and they received a notice that there was a problem with my computer and asked if I was in front of my computer right now. I said no..he said to get on and then asked me if my email address was .....something weird I couldn't make it out...so I said YES. He kept repeating he was from Microsoft. I told him I was busy at the moment in another room...and I was...I told him my comp was working fine yesterday , no problems...he insisted that there was. So I asked him for a phone number to call him back later when I have time..he gave me 302-482-8155 and said to make sure I ask for Eric Jones...he kept repeating that was his name and I was to ask for him. In the background you could hear a lot of noise , like machines and a bunch of people talking. He is waiting for my call.

They called me from 000000000 & I told them to call me back in 5 min . When they called back , I asked what the error message was but they wouldn't give me a direct answer. They kept insisting that I need to log on to my computer & they still wouldn't tell me what the problem was. My mother got on the phone & told them not to call this number back anymore. Of course they did but I got their number blocked.
