Our law office has received several call from this number, asking for someone named "Carl Sanders" who does not and never has worked for us. The caller then asks who the attorney in house is. When I tell them, they say they want to "talk about your website." In the past, I've said that the attorney was not available and asked to take a message. They've always hung up after that. Today, out of sheer curiosity, I told the caller that I was the person who handled the website. He went into what *I think* was supposed to be a sales pitch for some product, but never specified what the product was or what it did. His spiel was so full of "um" and "uh" that I could barely understand what he was trying to say half the time anyway. I told him that we weren't interested and he got really pushy and demanded to make an appointment with us for a sales pitch. I asked him "isn't this a sales pitch?" and he hung up on me. Very weird.

Also received a voicemail asking for an immigration attorney, without any reference to a matter.

Guy called saying his name was Philip Gornell. Has asked for two different attorneys. Won't leave message and abandons calls. I usually keep an eye on the number that comes in and I've got his number. It will now go straight to voicemail. If he really wants to talk to someone-he'll have to leave them a message.

Just got a call from an Edgar Cowen. Asked to speak to the attorney, immigration law firm, and when I asked what it was in reference to his said just tell her, "On the map, to jog her memory." I told him she was on the phone with a client and to leave a message, that was all he would say. When I told her, she had no clue. Stupid sales people, do they really think we are that stupid?
