Received a call saying they were "very impressed with what was on my resume" ....the resume they received from did not apply to any positions nor have I pursued anything in this area.

Received a call from someone at AIL stating that the regional director was very impressed with my qualifications. I am a dental hygienist. No where on my resume do I have listed any sales, or insurance experience. I realize that certain fields can be "cross referenced", but this one seems like a stretch.

Just to warn you, CWA AIL has a very high turn over. if you interview, be sure you dont let them rush you into anything and be aware that they ask you to put a sizable amount of money upfront, and training is not actually paid. it is 100% commision based.

I've worked at the Cunningham-Weatherspoon agencies for about a year now and couldn't be happier. I had my resume online looking for a nursing position in a different state and was called in for an interview at the CW agencies. It was definitely a different field than I was used to, but I figured the worst that could happen is I could add more varied experience to my resume. Little did I know how much I'd love it or how successful we/I would become. Getting ready to open the next office in Lafayette!! So excited for my CW family!

I actually work for the cunningham-weatherspoon agencies. I assure you it is not spam. We do pay for resumes from monster and careerbuilder that fit our search criteria. even if your resume does not contain any insureance or sales there may be management. We like to give everyone with great qualities a chance to at least see what we are about. A majority of our employees actually never had any experience in this field until coming here. Our owners were actually an athelete and the other an engineer before joining the company and within just a few years they are running their own company and are wildly successful at it. Just think about it.

I received a call from them also for a job interview. I went to the interview not sure what it really was but once I learned more about the position and company I was ready to become part of their team.

I received a call from them saying they found my resume on and they were impressed. When I listened to the name of the company, I was curious to know how Athletic Training fit as a great qualification to be an Insurance Agent?

I had a resume in for CNA. Why in the world would they be calling me over an insurance position? Strange. Thank you for this post, by the way. I try to look these numbers up before I call back.

This is the Cunningham Weatherspoon Agency of American Income Life Insurance. This agency out of Indianapolis is soliciting from resumes they data mined from to sell "Independent Insurance Agency positions". Looks suspicious to me, I have absolutely no insurance sales qualifications.
