This caller was of Indian decent making threats and telling me I needed to hire an attorney. However he wouldn't say who he represented or why he was callin.

These people, who sounded of Indian Decent, threatened me with a subpoena and Warrant > Never saying what they were actually calling about and when I asked for written documentation the first caller said" instead of using your brain hire an attorney" the second caller told me I would get it in the morning at my address and the third caller who was supposed to be the attorney hung up on me. They refused to give me their address and after investigating I found out there is no law firm of that name anywhere. These people should get a life and stop trying to screw people out of money.

I had the same exact experience today also - Said he was Special Agent Michael Moya with the DEA in Albany NY and that if i didnt cooperate i was going to be in big trouble. I was suspicious by his behavior and the fact that his crappy phone was constant static. i would assume a real DEA agent would have quality phones to call people with. but same message that someone had ordered drugs (which no one did either) and that they were seized. it was one of the most bizarre calls that i had to look up the number and now i see this post from Peggy and realize what a scam it might be. The real DEA will be contacting this imposter!

This company called our office, saying they were from the DEA (drug-enforcement-agency) telling us they wanted personal information about one of our employees....They said that someone here bought drugs over the internet (which no one did) and they are prosecuting us, unless we provide information......This is not the DEA but ymax communications....
