i originally tracked them because they constantly called my cell phone. i found out who was in charge and called and demanded to be taken of the call list. the calls stopped right away! they started calling my business line on i believe it was aug 25th. every 18 minutes. so i had to call again, calls stopped IMMEDIATELY! call 801-495-2009 during business hours and ask to speak to the "operations manager". he has the authority to take your number out of rotation. in your case, whether it is a fact that they are calling a reverse toll line or cell phone line or not, mention that they are calling you on a reverse toll number. meaning a number where the recipient has to pay per minute. such as a business line or cell phone that charges by the minute. thats a big federal regulations no-no! it does not matter what the subject of the call is, if it is a reverse toll call, and the call is not wanted the feds will pursue them. to go visit the office in charge of federal financials harassment in person you can go to: 292 East 12200 South Suite 200 Draper, UT 84020 i read that the fbi has pursued similar operations so i contacted the local field branch 5425 West Amelia Earhart Drive Salt Lake City, UT 84116 Phone: (801) 579-1400 Fax: (801) 579-6000 E-mail: SaltLakeCity@ic.fbi.gov they are looking into this. they told me the official fbi complaint website for these type of situations is www.ic3.gov so please call them or file complaint on the site. the more people who report this the higher of a priority the fbi will make this situation. if they called your cell phone that is a federal offense. if you are worried about making the situation worse by calling them from your phone, use a pay phone. do not give them any personal information, just ask for the operations manager. once you reach the operations manager he will not ask anything about you, he answers like any normal company officer would. he doesn't know if you are a client, a co-worker from another branch, another company he deals with, etc. then mention they are making unwanted calls to a "business reverse toll line" and you will hear his voice change and realize this is a real person in management and he knows how illegal that is. THEN he will ask what the phone number is that is being called. both times i called he said almost the exact same thing. "i will send emails and notices out to everyone in marketing right away. it may take up to 24 hrs for everyone to get the notice, but the calls will stop within 24 hrs." both times stopped within an hour or 2. nay Sayers, please save your breathe, everything stated is 100% accurate and will solve your problem with these people. have a great holiday weekend everyone, i hope you get some relief from these calls :) cheers, disco

STARTING TO THINK THE MODS OF THIS FORUM ARE INVOLVED IN THESE CALLS! every time i post the location of these scammers, the specific phone number to call and person to ask for in order to stop the calls they erase the post! The posts in which i inform people which fbi office to call to complain and post the direct link to the website to file a complaint with the fbi (the site they actually check and take action on the complaints!) get deleted almost right away! "love me or hate me, i am good at finding these people, LOL! i originally tracked them because they constantly called my cell phone. i found out who was in charge and called and demanded to be taken of the call list. the calls stopped right away! they started calling my business line on i believe it was aug 25th. every 18 minutes. so i had to call again, calls stopped IMMEDIATELY! call 801-495-2009 during business hours and ask to speak to the "operations manager". he has the authority to take your number out of rotation. in your case, whether it is a fact that they are calling a reverse toll line or cell phone line or not, mention that they are calling you on a reverse toll number. meaning a number where the recipient has to pay per minute. such as a business line or cell phone that charges by the minute. thats a big federal regulations no-no! it does not matter what the subject of the call is, if it is a reverse toll call, and the call is not wanted the feds will pursue them. to go visit the office in charge of federal financials harassment in person you can go to: 292 East 12200 South Suite 200 Draper, UT 84020 i read that the fbi has pursued similar operations so i contacted the local field branch 5425 West Amelia Earhart Drive Salt Lake City, UT 84116 Phone: (801) 579-1400 Fax: (801) 579-6000 E-mail: SaltLakeCity@ic.fbi.gov they are looking into this. they told me the official fbi complaint website for these type of situations is www.ic3.gov so please call them or file complaint on the site. the more people who report this the higher of a priority the fbi will make this situation. if they called your cell phone that is a federal offense. if you are worried about making the situation worse by calling them from your phone, use a pay phone. do not give them any personal information, just ask for the operations manager. once you reach the operations manager he will not ask anything about you, he answers like any normal company officer would. he doesn't know if you are a client, a co-worker from another branch, another company he deals with, etc. then mention they are making unwanted calls to a "business reverse toll line" and you will hear his voice change and realize this is a real person in management and he knows how illegal that is. Update: after getting calls from 385-207-7116, an 11 pm call from 385-207-7113 I got another call at 11:48 pm from -7111. Told the woman it was after 11 pm where I was and to stop calling me. She then said she wanted to verify I'm an Alaska voter. I do not live in Alaska, told her so and said again it was after 11 pm here, stop calling me. Silence on the other end of the line followed so I hung up. We shall see if there are more calls.

I called them back and got a voice message. It's a survey company and so I went to www.surveysampling.com, clicked on "Received a call from SSI?" underneath the search box and followed the directions to opt-out.
