This caller was very rude, spoke over me & wasn't interested in what I had to say while promoting her bosses' business. She was totally out of line & I hope they listen to the recorded msg because in my life (I'm 69 yrs. old) I've only hung up on 3-4 callers & now can add her to the list. Advice: Fire her, get someone who is polight instead of pushy & watch your business GROW!!!

They have called twice everyday for the last week looking for someone with my previous phone number. There are 2 different recordings that they use but both are very similar. One says I have an outstanding warrant in my county - not named (red flag) because there is fraudulent activity linked to my SSN. Then they threaten that I will be served with court documents at my home or place of business - not named (another red flag). I work for the county in which I live and I know that the courthouse has better things to do than track down and leave messages. Has the Midwest really outsourced a county "job" to Utah? I don't think so!

These ROOKIE scammers left a recorded message with my husbands name and an accusation of fraudulent activity associated with his name. The recorded message also said that charges would be pressed against him, he would be served at his place of employment or our home if he didn't respond. I knew from the beginning this was a scam.Yes, they knew personal information like previous address, previous place of employment, and even his social but the information was more than 10 years old and they tried pressuring him into providing them with updated information. I reported them to our Attorney General's Office and The Federal Trade Commission (they then report to the FBI). Other names used during different calls: Brian Black "Arbitrator" Anna Russell Other number used by the same scammers: (385) 232-7233 These people are so unprofessional and use horrible grammar. These individuals are obviously uneducated and are probably not even from the US. They stumbled a lot on their words and it seems they would forget their lines often. They get very rude, threaten you with violence and will curse at you if you continue to ask for more information. They claim to not be able to mail anything but will offer to email you the "paperwork." My husband NEVER received an email and they continued to lie and insist that they had sent what they had promised. They will call everyday and leave threatening voice mails. They also provided me with a bogus address: 3645 Market Place Blvd. East Point, GA 30344 (This was another red flag because they informed us at the beginning of the call that they were calling from Ohio.) PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY OR PROVIDE THEM WITH ANY PERSONAL IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! These people have called me two days in a row stating there are two civil suit being filed against me and if not paid they will serve me with papers to appear in court. I told them all of my previous accounts have been paid in full and I have the documents to prove so. They request I fax them the information and I refuse to do so. They told me if I do not fax it over, they will still pursue legal action against me. I told them to serve me and I will appear in court and give me the documents they want. The first time I said this to them, the girl told me that what I said was dumb and the second time, they just hung up on me.

I just received a call from this company, they left a message saying my SSN has fraudulent activity on it and to call them. I called and they said I had two charges against me that were going to be filed in my county as a civil suit. When I questioned her about what it was, she gave me some company name and said it was from 2006 then put me on hold for a few minutes. When she came back on, I told her it wasn't mine and I asked for written proof. As soon as I did, she started talking very fast and it sounded like she said I would receive it with a summons- good luck, and hung up on me. I do believe they are a scam. I tried to call back and there was no answer. She didn't even try to verify who she was talking to or ask any information of me, someone needed to make a quota today.
