Reported Scammer calling from (480)-422-6035 Level 3 Communications Landline in Phoenix, AZ ("No Name" on Caller ID) to DONOTCALL.GOV. Received unwanted call on my unlisted phone on Wed. 11/5/14 at 11:45am & didn't leave a voicemail. Message to Scammer/Harasser: DO NOT CALL. I've been receiving these unscrupulous calls continually since April 2014 - the FCC has rules in effect that address unsolicited telephone marketing calls – including those using automated and prerecorded messages. This company has called me a dozen times. The whole thing is a recorded voice saying you've won a free cruise, but to qualify you have to have a valid debit or credit card. The cruise is "free", but you will be responsible for the "government port fees" of $59. Every time I called them back, when I finally got to a person, I asked to have my number removed from their list. They hung up on me SIX times. If you get a call from this fraud group, act like the voice talking to you is real. That's how you get to a living person. It will take several calls to get them off your back. I think the Arizona Attorney General should have a look at this rip-off.

This phone number appears on my 'Caller ID' screen at least 4 to 5 times a week for the last 2 months. A message is never left from this caller. I have never answered the call as I don't recognize the number from which the call is placed.
