8/20/14: Sam Walter - Got a text from this number asking about getting massages for 10 construction workers. He wouldn't call, just kept texting and I got a weird feeling about him. I looked him up and saw what I suspected, that others had found this to be a scam. I ended my conversation with him.

8/19/14: Had the same experience. Was promising a large contact.

8/14/14: credit card scam, most likely a stolen cc, offers a big contract, wants you to overcharge "his" card and send a money order so he can pay his driver. of course the business will hold the bag for the money order, because the cc charge will be fraudulent. if you feel like playing him, get the cc # so you can report it stolen.
