Yes.. I did get a call. Called the number back and it was wells fargo financial. I was able to verify that it was regarding a mattress that i purchased from City mattress, which was being financed by well fargo bank. They just asked me to press 2 to confirm that I have received the purchase and that was it. This is definitely legit.

Recently financed a mattress set through a local company. Wells Fargo does their financing and chose it for the 12 months no interest. Received a call today from 800-934-3799 regarding my purchase/financing. Definitely legit - not a scam.

We got a call from this number a week after we replaced our air conditioner. We did same-as-cash financing for a year and the salesperson told us it would be handled by Wells Fargo. Although the call was automated, Wells Fargo was following up to make sure the installation occurred. Not a scam in our case.

Left message about my purchases recently made on my Wells Fargo National Bank home improvement card. I don't have a card with Wells Fargo or even a bank account. Total Scam!

Got one but hung up after hearing "This is a Wells Fargo customer courtesy call" or something along those lines. After reading the other comments, I get it now. We recently purchases furniture from a furniture store using their credit card. Wells Fargo is the issuing bank. We did indeed have furniture delivered last week. They don't charge the card until the furniture is delivered. So, this sounds legit.

I got one call today saying it was in reference to my recent purchase on my wells fargo furnishings credit account and was asking if I had received my furniture and if not to call back and speak with someone about it. Sounds like people fishing for information.
