Claims to be the I.R.S. stating a law suit is being filed against me. Report this call to your local police as it is a SCAM that has been on the news and in your local newspaper.

I received the same call. The caller had a foreign accent and left a voice message saying the IRS was filing suit against me and I should call this number back. When I did just to see what was said, the first time a male answered and asked my name and then provided a prior address from years ago and hung up. Called a second time and went through the same process, yet this time the woman used my maiden name and the same prior address. After stating this was not my address, she too hung up. First of all, the IRS will not call you. Secondly, they definitely will not attempt to verify the address and hang up because you state it's incorrect. SCAM!!!

The caller was automated and stated they were calling from the"IRS" and that a lawsuit was being filled against me. I was informed I needed to call this number back.

10/9/2015 730am pacific time this was a robo call from some one claiming to be from the IRS restitution department. There was a law suit and this was my final notice. I called the number just for fun, woman with a New Jersey accent answered the phone identifiying herself as the IRS restitution department. Pretty much a scam
