Just recieved a call from 321-549-5483, my caller ID said "BLOCKED NAME" under the phone number. When I answered the phone, there was a several second delay indicative a tellemarketing auto dialer. A person with an Indian accent identified himself as working for ZTech Support. I asked who that was, and he said a Microsoft Support Affiliate. He said their server received an error report. I asked him what the error report was for, and he said he didn't know. I could tell he was going to ask me if he could dial into my computer, he said something and I asked him to repeat what he was saying, and he abruptly ended the call.

You are so transparent in your comments - much like the phone call script and anyone who is stupid enough to believe you probably desrves to have there computer hacked remotely whilst they sit and watch it being done, chatting to the person who is doing it at the time!!!!

Over the past couple of weeks I have received 5 calls from "Z-Tech Solutions" - usually from someone with very poor english skills. Firstly they try to tell me I have an internet access protection issue on my Windows based PC - Since I have 4 pc's I ask which one - they say "the Windows one" !!!! Then they claim to be calling to inform me that there is a 'catagory C' problem with Windows (XP, NT & Win7) and that they are acting as Windows support to notify people - I said "what ALL Windows PC users? - how come Microsoft haven't issued an auto update fix?" Think about this everyone - a phone call out of the blue from a company you have no software or hardware support contract - poorly spoken English and basically wanting to gain access to your PC to "fix" the problem you didn't even know you had......by the way - my calls started only after I had tried the "Double My Speed.com app"
