No they aren't....it's a Medical Alert place, trying to sell a "Help, I've fallen and I can't get up" button! HAVE TOLD THEM 8 times, just in this week to STOP calling me and they just hang up! I WILL report them next time - and have informed them of this!!!

Call came............I answered on third ring..............nobody there...........so I called the number............a female answered........I said "You called me, what did you want?" She said that phone is X X..................my wife's name which the phone is listed as.....I said "Yes." She hung up.............I tried twice more to call.......guess they blocked me........the phone wouldn't ring.

caller id: toll free calls. no message left. called this number back anonymously from another phone and got a "live" person, who said: "This is Kim with rapid medical response--how can i help you?" i hung up after telling her i got the wrong number. obviously yet another boiler plate phonebank trying to get around the no call list. they need to be shut down!!!

Have had two calls today -- The first time they asked for me by my first name and I simply hung up on them. However, the second time I answered the phone with "Town Morgue!" When they asked for me by name I told them there are no employees by that name and that even if any of our temporary residents had that name they were incapable of taking phone calls. They seem to have stopped calling.

calls let ring 2 times and hangs up. several times a day for a week or so, then it stops for a few weeks and starts right back up. been getting these calls now since december. when you call back it send you to hold and a recording with classical music playing says your call is very important, womans voice. i am on the do not call list.

See if your phone provider offers "selective call blocking" and "Anonymous call rejection". Ours lets us add up to 12 numbers that will not be let through, and the ability to block anonymous calls. This number was the first one I added.

They having been calling me for like 2 years now. It's an automated system than goes through phases of leaving me alone for a while, and then calling me multiple times a day for days or months. It's always been an urgent message for a person whom I know not to exist, and to call back if it's her. I call back to let them know I'm not their person to get me off of this list, and it's the 10 minute piano recording then it says "good bye" and hangs up. And also I'm assuming that it has always been the same number because it's always been the same thing, but I don't know that it has always been that number.

I have been getting calls from this number for the last 2-3 days. The calls comes in every 30-40 minutes and I just press ignore button. They never leave no message at all and its getting to a point where you just want to go ahead and answer it and tell these idiots that I'm onto them and stop calling or they'll be really sorry. I think there should be a law enforced about these type of calls and I really would like to find out how the hell they got my cell phone number. I'm fed up with people doing this S--- to all us victims and it has to stop.

I am getting calls from this number two or three times a day. It has a long number starting with a V where the name of the caller should be. I really would like to know why they are calling my house and not leaving a message.

have been getting these calls daily (over 6-7/day) for over a week, they never leave a message. I do not have any debt. I have called them back to see who it is and all you get is annoying loud piano music and a recording saying your call is very important, then about 10 mins later "goodbye" and they hang up.

They have called and hung up so many times this past week ( I honestly lost count). Today I answered - they called me by my maiden name ( not used in 15 years) then hung up! VERY WRONG!!!

I received 6 calls in one day. As soon as I answered, they hung up. When I called back, I was put on hold for 15 minutes,and then they hung up. I have put them on my call reject list.

I just got another call from them and this time they left a voice mail. There was a lot of background noise like a busy call center, then a male voice with a thick accent said what sounded like, "Hello, you name?"
