A WP user said this is a Target Survey. I've been on the phone with Target Red Card Services this week, so that's probably right, but it just hung up when I answered which is a sign it's a machine-imitated caller that glitched out.

This number 1-888-394-6941 keeps leaving me messages to call the local County Courthouse. Well the Courthouse doesn't use 888 numbers, they use local area code numbers.

Left a message on my machine saying they will file a lien against me. They called two times. I didn't return the call. Sounds suspicious

I like the rest of the complaints have received the same "recorded" message. That a law suit has been filed against me and it is imperative that I call them. I tried, no answer. I wanted to see what a "live" person had to say. Obviously, I would never give any info to these idiots. Please report these people to the National No Call List. To can file a complaint with them. They need to be stopped before they get vulnerable person.

Same as "Pat" on 8/29/2014 Received 1 messages from "Fernando Rodriques from tax fraud dept of irs-stating petition if tax fraud filed against me and to call this number-no answer and found it to be a scam after doing reverse look up. Will keep recording and reported to my State Attorney General and CPA. Both advised this was a SCAM of some kind. IRS does not do business by threatening phone calls. The telephone number and Mr. Fernando Rodrigues is under investigation. His recorded message is evidence of Fraud and possible Extortion.

I did call them back since they were calling everyday and I wanted them to stop!! Said he from IRS (middle eastern accent), and we owed $7480.00 from yrs 2008-2012. Even said they came by house 3 times to deliver the paperwork but no one was home. They were going to file lawsuit if I did not pay today. When I laughed and refused they said they would put liens on my house, car, bank accounts., and would confiscate my passport, ID's and have me arrested or deported if necessary. He then said I had 45 minutes to pay and again repeated the above threats along with saying the police would be there to arrest me if I refused citing some bogus IRS codes which they would enforce. When I laughed I told him I would not be paying he got mad and told me to expect the police and hung up. I feel bad that some people might believe these threats because they read from a script and ask you not interrupt till their done. If you ask any questions, they re-cite parts of the script again and bogus IRS codes. I sure hope people are smart and no one gets scammed, unfortunately I'm sure some will pay, that's what keeps them scamming.
