They call twice or more a day nearly every day , if you answer they are rude Asked to obtain information such as ss# to prove who YOU are but refuse to say who they are until you give it to them . ??? They're the one calling and should announce themselves.

Recieved a call on my wife's cell phone from this BOTTOM FEEDER....RRC.....not sure how they got that number.....unless they are just ROBO CALLING....... We do not answer calls from any number that we do not recognize.........we seach the number online and then put it in the cell phones as "DO NOT ANSWER".......... THEY CAN KEEP CALLING UNTIL HELL FREEZES OVER.......and we will not answer them......NO MESSAGE LEFT........ Plus we keep a list of all calls from people or places that we do not know........and the date they called.....

Return number left from "unknown" caller saying I would be taken to court for a defaulted payment that was taken care of over 5 years ago.

WTF?! Got this call too- same as everyone else. Don't understand how everyone is okay with this?!?! Perhaps it's part of the times and just like spam, but I think it's wasting my energy! For a moment, I thought it might actually be important! Grrr! Going to go on the do-not-call list now.

I got a call from "Mr Martin" who stated on my vm that my # was left as a contact number at their office. I needed to call him back asap at a different than what he called me from to settle this debt. He said that it was very important that I call back ASAP. Sounds like a scam to me.

I received the same msg - This is Mr. Martin. They called my house looking for someone else. I asked them to remove my number from their database. I have noted the time & date so if they call is considered harassment. These people route the calls through a local number so that when you hit redial you get a call center. DO NOT give them any information over the phone even if you owe the debt. Do not provide any bank information. They have purchased old debt (over 10 yrs) from Bank of America, Chase, Wachovia, etc. They buy these debts for very little and try to collect on them. They have to prove you owe this debt. Tell them they can send you whatever paperwork they will file via mail or fax. This is your consumer right. One operator got smart with me. She told me that I have nothing better to do and that I need to get a job. Hung up on me.
